Any returns or exchanges?

Returns for sold goods are not allowed unless I've sent you a defected/incorrect order.

Handmade products are not always perfect, I do try my very best to send your items out in 101% good condition. But in the event that I don't, do not panic.

Things can be fixed. Simply drop me an email at alex@ultrachrome.co with photos of your defected/incorrect item and we'll sort it out.

The product has to be returned

  • in sellable condition
  • unused or unworn
  • within 5 days from when you've received your order
  • via registered postage

If the above criteria are not met, or the parcel gets lost, we have the rights to reject your exchange. 

 

I don't want the item anymore. I want a refund.

Well, too bad, you gotta live with it because I'm not responsible for your fickle mind. I get it, I buy things on impulse too but it's my problem, and I'll deal with it on my own.
